Mechanical function description:

The whole tire or cut off rubber ring (The diameter is less than 900 mm / 1200 mm ) is directly broken into 50 * 50 mm rubber block.

Working principle:

Motor drive through Motor planetary gear reducer with a strong cutting torque. At room temperature, after continuous cutting, extrusion, plunge grinding, to make enter the cutting chamber's broken materials preliminary cut into blocks. The sorting sieve is automaticly sieving,broken qualified materials to output. The rest of the larger material with other waiting for broken materials come into the cutting chamber to broken again, reciprocating circulation, and until output the qualified materials.
