Rubber modified asphalt is one kind of the CRMA. It is the chemical agent for the powder of waste tires as modifier in the asphalt and complementary. The rubber modified asphalt is the cementing material which is making rubber powder fully mixed in high temperature conditions (above 180 degree) and matrix full bilge reaction formation.
