5. This process is only apply to the fiber tires, because there is about 5% fiber in the tires, after crushing, the fiber and granule should be separated.
5-30 mesh rubber powder process flow:

5. In the pure wire tires, there are 25% wires in them. And there is 5% fiber and 20% wires in the radial tires.
4-80 mesh rubber powder process flow:

4. Put the 5cm*5cm rubber block into the rubber crusher for milling again and again, until the powder is 5-25 mesh. According to the slotted screen blanking, and then sort powder and the fiber and wires.
5. Put the 5-25 mesh rubber powder into the fine rubber machine. And until the rubber powder up to 40-80 mesh. The millstone's space in the machine can be adjusted.
